About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

dear sir
first went there to chimess Embassy in dubai but they ask me that u direct apply to hongkonng
i get this information in 7 month before is there rule cahing now.
cani apply through Chiness embassy in dubai for hong kong Visa??

The UAE citizens can either apply to the Hong Kong Immigration Department directly, or through the Chinese Consulate. Citizens from the other countries can only apply for Hong Kong visa through Hong Kong Immigration Department directly.
