Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty had the longest rule from 1654 to 1722, 61 years in total.

Hi,Ms.Christina. Thanks for your reply, but this is one thing that might be wrong is his ruling time. It is actually not 61 years from 1654 to 1722. Based on your hint, i have done some search. It says that Kangxi's reign was from 1661 to 1722. That is definitely the longest. Thank you all the same. Good day!
