About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Dear Ambassador,
My wife and I are Singapore citizens. We are Singapore chinese. We both can speak, read and write chinese language.
If we buy an apartment in China, Hainan, can we apply 1 year or longer multiple entry visas repeatly every time/year before the expiry date of the last approved multiple entry visas?

We are retirees. We intend to spend our retiring years in Hainan.
Please kindly give us your advices.
Thank you,
With regards,
Chang Sew Ing

Mr. Chang, I'm not the staff of Chinese embassy, however, I want to give some information to you, hope it helpful. You can apply for 1 year multiple entry visa if you have an apartment in China under the name of your wife and you.
