I'm planning to travel this Saturday to Shanghai from Seoul. Due to personal circumstances, I have been unable to apply for my tourist visa until the last day. I am able to go tomorrow morning at 9am. It will be a rush service and I am aware of the extra fees. Would it be better to go to the consular office or embassy for faster service?
