There are only three trains departing from Guangzhou to Yiwu everyday, taking 16~17 hours. You could search the train schedule at: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/

If possible, please take a flight to arrive there quickly. BTW, most of the markets in Yiwu has been close until to Feb 20 due to the Chinese New Year.
