I am a British citizen and i have obtained a teaching job in Jiamusi,the job starts on Feb23.My question is about obtaining a Z visa.If i go to the Chinese consulate here in Chiang Mai and i produce all the required documents and fee,s on Feb 22 can i get the visa on the same day.
