pls i want to travel to china for a conference i was told i av to apply for an appointment and later come for submission but on the requirements for travel visa, there is a portion that says that there is no need for appointment,now am confused. what i really want to know is the days of the week that i can go personally to submit or send someone to submit on my behalf and the days on which to go to Lagos to submit.
