Hi,Can I apply Business Visa tomorrow and collect on Friday afternoon?I need to go Shanghai on 13th of Feb.Appreciate any response.Thank you..

You can't collect your visa on Friday afternoon because it takes at least 3 working days to process visa application. If you submit visa application on Feb 11, Thursday, you have to get it after the spring festival because Chinese embassy in Singapore will be closed from Feb 15 to Feb 19 and resumes to work on Feb 20.
