Hi,end of June we will take bus 919 to Badaling as recommended, what is walking-time and height up to the top and at what Tower does it end and what is the price at the ticket office, what is price of cable car, what is walking-time from North Tower 8 to Tower no 1. What do you advise on  difficulty of climbing up/taking Cable Car/ taking Pulley etc.Thanks for the information,Hubert

Take my experience, I spent about 3 hrs from the ticket office to North Tower 8. You can take pulley to enter the wall which costs CNY 30 for a single trip and CNY 60 for a round trip. You can find the pulley near to Badaling Bear Garden. It will spend five minutes to take you to the North Fourth Tower.From there, you can continue to walk to the North Eighth Tower. The entrance fee of Badaling is CNY 40 at present, and will be rised to CNY 45 in June.
