About:Chinese Embassy in Serbia

Dear sir/madam,
I have a blue Serbian passport (valid but not biometric), and I want to apply for a visa to go to China. Is it okay I use the blue passport to apply?

If the blue passport is still recognized by Serbian government, then you can use it to apply for Chinese visa.
