About:Visa Policy of China

Just to verify if you are holding a Permanent Residence in Singapore but you are a Filipino Citizen and need to go to CHINA, Do I still need to go back to the Philippines to apply a VISA for China.

In pricipal, Filipinos holding a Permanent Residence of Singapore can apply for Chinese visa in Singapore, however, I hear that many visa application from Filipinos Singapore are denied. You can have a try.
