My wife and I want to travel to China from Mar. 14-18, 2010.  We live in Manitoba.  Can my sister obtain the necessary visas for us?  She lives in Calgary.

You should apply for Chinese visa at Consulate General of China in Toronto rather than in Calgary because Manitoba is under the consular jurisdiction of Chinese consulate in Toronto.
