I would like to know if Visa Processing at the Chinese Consulate in Manila will be open by Feb 18. I read your response to Ms Tiny (Phils) but I just wanted to mae sure.thank you

Ms. Pat, you'd better call the Chinese embassy in Manila to ensure the holiday, I just guess according to the tradition, I know that Chinese embassy in USA, Canada, Australia all closed from Feb 15 - Feb 17
