About:Embassy of Nigeria in China

Am a Nigeria and i marry a chinese. Now i have a baby boy. so my question is that which passport will my son use? And how do i apply for it?

Your son can join the nationality of China or Nigeria, it is up to the decision of you and your Chinese wife, China doesn't recognize dual nationality, if you want to join the Nigerian nationality, please go to Nigerian Embassy in Beijing to make birth registration.
