About:China Embassy in Thailand

We are from the U.S., but currently living in Thailand. My family and I plan to go to China to visit friends. However, my 7 month son's thai visa will expire before we apply for our Chinese visa. Can we still get a Chinese tourist visa even thought my son's thai visa will have expired?

You can't get a Chinese tourist visa if your son's thai visa expires when you apply for Chinese visa.
