Hi Ms Mirion
I am in Harbin now and the ice sculptures are still spectacular and you will have a fabulous time. We went in the evening about 5pm, (13th Feb) you need about 1.5 hours and that time is good as it will get dark while you are there. Maybe 10% of the sculpture has melted, but do come her, its great. Also, must go to the Siberian Tiger Park. Only about 50 rmb by taxi (at the most)and costs 65rmb to get in. This oncludes a bus your within the park to see the tigers...there are hundreds of tigers and its great to see.

Have a good time and i hope this has been help. BTW i am staying at Ibis Hotel, about 235 per night, very nice hotel and good location.
