Can I use Border Pass to live permanently in China?
For Pakistani what are requirement for border pass?

You can't use border pass to live in China permanently, please apply for Permanent Residence Permit, you can read the information on this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/refusal.htm
