HOW IS WEATHER IN THIS MID OF FEB ? IS IT GETTING WARMER ? WHAT WILL BE TEMPERATURE AT THAT TIME AND WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES SHOULD I BRING WITH ME .THANK YOU

No, it is going to snow in the next two days, said by the weather report. It will not last long time, but it make Mid Feb as cold as -5 degrees to 1 degrees. At least it will be like this till Feb 14. You need to bring coat and sweater inside.
