About:China Business Visa

Hi there,

I am looking to get an F-visa for 3months or 6months with length of stay 90days/180days.. is this possible?

Also what would the Chinese company need to provide for me to apply for this?

What is an "original visa notification from an authorized government unit" and what does my employer need to do to get hold of one? (my employer is in Shanghai)

How reliable are agencies in getting Visa's supplied/fast-tracked?

Thanks in advance, Jay

The Chinese company in Shanghai should send you an invitation letter, it is sufficent for UK citizens to apply for F visa, your employer don't need to send you an original visa notification. On the invitation letter, the entry numbers and stay duration wil be prescribed. For more information, you can refer to http://www.chinese-embassy.org.uk/eng/lsyw/chivisa/aa/t514392.htm
