About:Chinese Embassy in Italy

I am a UK citizen living in Italy for the last 5 year.s I have full permission to reside in Italy for next 10 years.

I need to travel to Shanghai in early March 2010, I will make an Visa application at the end of the second week of February 2010, I have all the correct documentation for the visa, will there be sufficient time to process the Visa? Will you close for Chinese new year?

Mr.Smith, had you visited China in March 2010, can you tell me the requirements, processing time for tourist visa application? I'm a Uk citizen in Rome and want to go to Shanghai for Expo 2010, I need a tourist visa (L) to China.
