i need a visa for to visit a trade fair in shanghai for 10 days only please tell me about the formalities and documantation for this ...

Requirements for Business visa application:
1. Application form: All applicants should fill in one visa application form appropriately and authentically.
2. Applicant's passport valid for at least six months with at least 2 blank visa pages.
3. One recent passport size photograph.
4. One Passport photocopy.
5. A letter of invitation from the organizer of trade fair
6. Covering letter from applicant's company or employer addressed to the visa office.

Mr. amit jain, you should submit visa application to CHINA VISA APPLICATION SERVICE CENTER rather than the visa office of Chinese embassy. Starting from July 10, 2009, the Chinese Embassy in New Delhi will stop on-line visa appointment service for ordinary passport holders. All ordinary passport holders are hereby requested to apply through the CHINA VISA APPLICATION SERVICE CENTER at the Commercial Tower of the Le Meridian Hotel, New Delhi.
