hiI am working in India in an MNC company. One of our branch is in Shangai and my mangement requested me to go to shangai as an SME. DO i have to have a Bacehlor's degree.

I think the branch of MNC company in Shanghai can get the work permit and visa notification from the authorized governmental unit for you (such as Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office) if your mangement want you to work there, if they can't get the work permit for you, you can apply for business visa.
