do you mean Tianjin when you say tanggu? if so, there are lots of trains between tianjin and shenyang, Multiple Unit Train, Fast Trains, High-speed Trains and Local Trains. they are different in speed, facilities and price. you may go to the local ticket office or railway station to get the tickets.0
