About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Dear sir
i Apply for hongkong visa in Decmber 2009 but yesturday they told me that My visa Refuse by Hing kon Embassy .

i want to get in formation that
can i Apply just now again for hongkong visa??
if not then after how long after that i apply again for visa??

Please have a try to apply for HongKong visa through Chinese Consulate in Dubai

dear sir
first went there to chimess Embassy in dubai but they ask me that u direct apply to hongkonng
i get this information in 7 month before is there rule cahing now.
cani apply through Chiness embassy in dubai for hong kong Visa??
