About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hello, sorry to bother people with this small question.

I'm studying at University in Japan at the moment and I want to visit China to see some friends. Because of my schedule I'm only free during weekday afternoons and weekends, but the Office Hours of the Consular Office are 9am until 12. Is this definitely the only time I can go and apply for my visa? My school holiday starts on 25th February, and then I fly to China on 11th March, so I could apply then, but is that leaving it too late?

Thank you for any help you can offer!

Yes, the office hours of visa office of Chinese Embassy in Tokyo is 9am to 12noon, you can entrust a travel agency or someone else to apply for Chinese visa for you. You can apply for Chinese visa now if you will go to China in March. If you want to apply for Chinese visa in person, you can apply for it on 25th Feb, then you can get it on 2nd March.
