hello sir/mam,i have a nepal passport ,i m in delhi and want to visit china,please tell me can i apply for tourist visa in newdelhi.if not,and i apply for visa from kathmandu can i go to china from newdelhi instead of going to kathmanducan i apply for online visa in china embassy,kathmandu please replythankyou

You can't apply for online visa at Chinese embassy in Kathmandu, you can have a try to apply for Mainland China visa in New Delhi, but you have to apply ofr it through the Chinese travel service center.
