About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, I am malaysian citizen and I am moving to Shanghai in March as part of my employment. I have been adviced by my employer that I need to get Z Visa. I tried calling your office to no avail. Plz advice what are the documents I need and what I need to get this done asap.
Also please help to advice, once my complete documentation is provided to your embassy, how long does it take to my VISA, as I need to plan my flights and relocations procedures as well.

Ms.EK, you need prepare the following documents:
1.A valid passport as well as a copy of its information page: Your valid passport must have at least 3 months remaining validity and at least one blank visa page in it.
2.Application form: One completed Visa Application Form
3.Photo: one recent photo of 2x2 squre inch (black & white or color is acceptable) glued or stapled on the application form.
4. An originial and a photocopy of the Work Permit for Aliens issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry or the original of Foreign Expert's License issued by the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau.
5. A visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit.
6. Physical medical check.

It takes 4 working days for visa processing if you submit all required documents.
