Hello Sir,
Please I am a Nigerian leaving in Guangzhou my wife just deliverd new baby girl i want to make the passport what can i do?

Please take the birth certificate of your baby daughter to Nigerian Embassy in beijing to make birth registration and apply for a Nigerian passport for her.
