I am a canadian citizen.What docunment do I need to apply a multi visa to go to China?

What type of multiple visa do you want to apply for? for tourist visa or business visa?
The following applicants may apply for a multiple entry (L) visa, valid for six months or one year.
1. Applicants who can provide documents or correspondence to prove that they have spouse, children, or parents who are Chinese citizens residing in China;
2. Applicants who have purchased real estates under their own name in China. The original and a copy of the deed are required.
