About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello,
I have a problem. My HKSAR passport was expired and had been replaced a new one here in Manila.,unfortunately it went missing...what must I do to get a replacement? am planning to go back to HKG this april. please advise...thanks!

You can apply for a new HKSAR passport through Chinese embassy in Manila, please submit one completed HKSAR passport application form, fill in one payment form, your old HKSAR passport and its copy, HKSAR permenent residence permit or CI and its copy, ACR & ICR and their copies.
