hiim from the philippines and would like to know how much and where should i pay to get a tourist visa as i am planning to go to shenzhen this april (all 7 of us in the group)

You can apply your tourist visa in philippines. Nationals of philippine cannot get a tourist visa in Hong Kong without a work permit or a resident card.Before at shenzhen border you can get a visa on arrival but now No More ..
