Filipinos are exempt from a visa to Macau for up to 30 days, so you don't need a visa to Macau. However, you need a visa to Shenzhen, you can apply for it in Macau or at the entry port of Shenzhen. however, it is not certain that you can get a Chinese visa in Macau or entry port of Shenzhen, recently, the visa regulations for Filipinos are very strict.
