About:Chinese Embassy in Laos

Hello,
I would like to know if you are going to close for the Chinese new year. Is it possible to apply for a tourist visa the week of Chinese new year ?

I guess that Chinese Embassy in Laos will be closed from Feb 15 - 17 to celebrate the Chinese New Year's Day.
