Hi! I am a Filipino who is married to a Singaporean and currently residing in Singapore holding a Long-term Social visit pass. Me and my husband is planning for a holiday in Beijing this coming March. Can I apply a china-visa in Singapore? And what are the requirements I need to produce and how long does it takes to process. Thanks in advance.

Ms. Pamela, you can have a try to apply for Chinese visa in Singapore or call the embassy to get an exact answer. In principal, Non-Singapore citizens can apply for Chinese visa in Singapore if you hold documents that entitle them to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP. However, I read lots of comments that many Filipino applicants are refused and asked to go to Philippines to apply for Chinese visa.
