Is there regular train service from Emei Railway Station (Leshan) to Chongqing?  What are the schedules, distances and costs?  Thank you

No direct train from Leshan to Chongqing. You need to take train to Chengdu first, then catch another train to Chongqing. It is a waste of time since you will go by a roundabout way. Maybe the most convenient way is to take bus from Leshan to Chongqing.
