About:How to Make Phone Calls

if i call somebody in china, is the person im calling will have charged also? if yes, how much? im calling from malaysia

It depends on what package service he orders from the telecom operator. I use China Mobile’s M-zone sim card and I am not charged when answering my friends’ calls from abroad.

the person im calling is using china mobile prepaid sim card. is there a package that will charge the person im calling?

I am sorry. I don't know if it is free for all China Mobile sim cards to answer international long distance calls. Can you contact him/her via other ways? If so, just contact him/her and ask him/her to consult with China Mobile.
