About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

is it ok if our hotel booking is named after our friend who did the hotel booking for us? his name is included in our ticket itinerary. would there be a problem on that?

also, our company haven't given us the 2009 ITR, can i submit my 2008 ITR instead? thanks.

You can call the Chinese Embassy in Philippines to enquire whether the Hotel booking in your friend's name and 2009 ITR are accepted or not, now, the visa regulations for Filipinos are so strict that I can't give your exact answer.
