I heard about a kite festival in Qingdao, what is that? can anyone enlighten me on the kite festival?

I didn't hear that there was a Kite Festival in Qingdao. Actually, there is an International Kite Festival in Weifang. It is held on April 20th every year. You can take airport shuttle to Weifang.
