About:China Southern Airlines

Hi

My family and I plan to take China Southern to go from Chicago to the Philippines in May. We have not heard much about it from our friends so we decided to look online. I have read online reviews about them not being too helpful but most importantly, that they were NOT on time and tend to cancel your flights without notifying you. I am really confused now. I am not sure if I should travel with this airline. Also, we do not know where the stop will be. Thank you in advance.

So far as I know, the airline is a good one, especially its customer service. Anyway, for the flight info., you can turn to the local booking agencies or go to visit the airlines' official website directly.
