hi, i am in india now, traveling. i wish to go to china in a month. can i do a tourist visa from mumbay? or do i have to go all the way to delhi?it says that i need a flight ticket out of china to get a visa, but i am going to cross to vietnam or laos by land. what do i do?thank you very much for all help.

Ms. shira, you can have a try at Consulate of China in Mumbai, just provide your original passport, one completed Visa Application Form affixed with one passport photo, if the visa official ask you to provide the flight ticket to next detination after visiting China and hotel reservation in China, then you have to prepare for them. Sometimes, the visa officers won't ask for flight ticket or hotel reservation.
