About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Hi friends, I'll be arriving in Guangzhou on Feb. 15th at around 10pm and I'm planning to book a ticket going to Chengdu or Beijing for the following day (Feb. 16th). Is the booking and ticketing office of Sichuan Airlines or Southern Airlines at Baiyun open at this time (10pm)? Xiexie!
