I will arrive beijing airport from singpaore by singapore airlines,on 4 feb at 7.40 am and fly to harbin at 11.50 am the same morning on an internal flight. do i have to checkout my luggage n then check it n again? Is there any hotel in the airport where i can change and freshen up. can i book this hotel by email. If so could you kindly give me the address or website. thank you very much

Different airlines? I guess you need to check-in again. If you are leaving the same morning, I don't think you have much time to freshen up. Only 4 hours, isn't it.
