Hi, Travel Guide members,I am going to Guangzhou and Shenzhen with my wife and kid from March 21 to 26, 2010.  I am looking for a good budget hotel in both.  I prefer those near the metro and the railway station.  I am considering Lilac International Suites in Guangzhou as I understand this is near the east railway station, where the train to and from Shenzhen is located.  Is this ok?Please recommend similarly situated hotel in Shenzhen also.Thank you for the helpful reply!Jobert

Yes, you are right. The suites are close to the east railway station, but not convenient to downtown, for it is not close to the commericoal areas and streets. In Shenzhen, how about Days Hotel Luohu and Shanshui Trends Hotel.
