i heard china remains close in feb due to cold..is that true..
i wanna visit in feb..whats the average temp

What you do mean about remain close?! You can visit in Feb. The temperature in QIngdao?! Till the end of this month, the temperature is about -3 to 5C. I can't see the temperature in Feb now.
