Which budget hotel to choose for a first timer to Hong Kong? Goodrich Hotel in Jordan, Railei Hotel in Mongkok, or Cosco Hotel in Kennedy Town? For location, safety, shopping...Thanks.

The first two are both good in location and shopping. Mongkok is closer to Lady's Street and Mongkok computer Center. Jordan is closed to the ferry terminal, Temple Street and Tsim Sha Tsui. Railei Hotel look new.
