Hi..I booked the train tickets to travel from Beijing to Shanghai on 6th February. I have lost my ticket but the ticket details are there. Further, I happened to cancell the trip due to another urgent work.Can I reimburse my ticket if I provide only ticket details ( train No, carriage no, seat no, date, etc)but not the ticket..if i am unable to find it.regardsKamal
