About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

i'am a malaysia passport holder. Currently i am in Shenyang, China, entered using tourist visa. China requires me to exit the country before i could apply for my work (Z) visa. Hence i am thinking of flying to Korea to do my work visa (with all supporting document from my china employer); instead of flying back to malaysia or singapore (i'm a PR of singapore). My question:-
1. Can i apply for my China work (Z) visa in Korea?
2. If yes, how many working days does it take?

If you don't have a Korea long-term visa or residence permit which allows you stay in South Korea for a long time (more than 6 months) so you can't apply for work visa in Korea.
