In October last I ordered 2 I Phones, 2 Blackberry phones, a Nintendo DSI and a Nintendo Wi, from a company called Xiamen Unipower Trading Co. Ltd. I paid $1059 by bank transfer on a Pro Forma inoice.
Since then I have had 3 tracking numbers, and three parcels each containing cheap plastic jewellery, but no sign of the goods that I ordered and paid for.
I have written to the MD of the company - Mr. Lai Jiping and the legal rep. Mr. Qiu Jiqin but they have not responed. I have asked for my money back but no response.
I now want to bring charges against this company. Any ideas please?
