sir,i am going to shanghai & beijing on 10-11 th of feb. i am planning to buy an laptop & mobile kindly sugest me the good place where i can find the latest &  cheap. secondly pl. tell me where its better to shop shanghai or beijing

Generally Beijing is a better choice. It is comparatively, but no absolutely. Although you buy in Beijing or Guangzhou/Shenzhen, you should see more stores and make a comparison.
