The domestic flight airfare is included, not the international airfare.

if domestic airfare only is included where does it fly out of? andhow much is the imnternational airfare usllay run? how do yougo about booking the 2 seperately?

This tour ends in Shanghai. You can fly out of Shanghai. It seems they do not arrange international flight.
